If you want to donate to LRSN

Making a donation is an ideal way of supporting LRSN and ensuring we can help more of our county's farming and horticultural families to get back on track. And by using Gift Aid you will increase the value of your donation by 25 pence in every pound! A Gift Aid fact sheet for tax-paying donors is available HERE and click HERE to go straight to our digital Gift Aid declaration or download the form, HERE

There are lots of different ways that you can donate to LRSN:

Use the JustGiving website

A really easy way to donate to LRSN is via our JustGiving page. You can visit the page and see some of the donations our wonderful supporters have given recently, here: www.justgiving.com/lrsn

Or you can use this handy QR code to go straight to our donation page and give a one-off or regular monthly donation. Either way, we are so very grateful for your support, it means so much to us.

Create your own Justgiving campaign page, too - if you're undertaking a special challenge, we can help you promote your walk, run, swim or sponsored skydive - whatever you want to do to help us raise funds to help Lincolnshire's farming and horticultural families!

Give through Facebook

When you donate to LRSN through Facebook, LRSN receives 100% of your donation. It's a simple process, too. If you want to raise funds for LRSN, you can quickly and easily choose to do this on your own Facebook profile. When creating a post, click on the three dots in your post and choose "Raise money", the red coin icon. This automatically sets up a fundraising post. You'll be asked to choose your charity, so search for Lincolnshire Rural Support Network and Facebook does the rest.

So whether you would like to ask friends to give to LRSN instead of birthday presents, donate the value of your Christmas Card list, undertake a personal challenge (like a sponsored run or head shave?) or get sponsorship for giving up chocolate for Lent (haha), Facebook's a good way of raising money.

Make an annual or one-off donation

We are so grateful to all the individuals, families, organisations, churches, businesses, and clubs who donate to LRSN because they want to help us help our community. It's simple to send a cheque: please click HERE to download a Donation Form and send your donation to LRSN, 35 Queens Road, Oakham, Rutland LE15 6ED.

Or set up a Standing Order and make a regular donation to LRSN: please click HERE for a Standing Order form.

Help us to help others with Text Giving

70085 is the number to store in your phone to help us raise funds for our work supporting Lincolnshire farming and horticultural folk. Text giving with LRSN is a simple and straightforward way to help us to raise funds.

Here’s how:

Just text LRSN and the amount you would like to donate to 70085. You can donate any amount in whole numbers, between £1 and £20 (inclusive), but if you forget to put an amount in the text, we will receive £10 from you. Within 24 hours you'll receive confirmation by text to let you know the donation has been successful.

Every penny of your donation (including Gift Aid) goes to LRSN. Remember, you will be charged for your text message, please refer to your network operator's standard rates. Many mobile phone operators support text giving but read our Q and A, link below, to check whether yours does.

Once you've sent your text you will receive a reply to confirm that it has been received, and in a separate email, we’ll send you a link to our online Gift Aid form. If you have a smartphone, click on the link to claim Gift Aid. Alternatively, you can copy the link into a web browser on your PC/laptop or tablet and fill the form in there. You can also click here to go straight to the Gift Aid form.

Please don’t use the old number, 70070 to send us donations, as it changed on 31 March 2019.

We’ve put together a Q and A document which we hope will answer any questions you have on our Text Giving service. Click here to read or download it.

Regular Giving

Regular Giving Scheme - Gift Aided Donations

In October 2013 LRSN launched a Regular Giving Scheme to help provide a regular source of income to the charity enabling us to forward plan and budget our services more reliably. The scheme also provides you as a donor an opportunity to regularise your giving and if you are a taxpayer you are able to complete a Gift Aid Declaration which will enable us to recover a further 25% from the 'Tax Man'.

If you would like to join please complete the Bankers Standing Order and Gift Aid Declaration and return them to our Administrator, Alice Clayton, at 35 Queens Road, Oakham, Rutland LE15 6ED.

THANK YOU!!

Sometimes, we'll add a "Donate" button to a post; perhaps we'll tell a story about someone we've been able to help or explain the range of services and support we bring to Lincolnshire's farming and horticultural families to get them back on track.

Every penny counts, so if you can help us by raising both funds and awareness of what we do, we'll make sure we "Like" and "Share" your post and promote your challenge, too.

Thanks for all your help!

Thank you to everyone for your kind donations and for raising funds for LRSN. Without the help and support of both individuals and businesses, LRSN would not be able to provide our unique, confidential, personal and professional service to people facing tough times in Lincolnshire.
